Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create detailed treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Participate proactively in the development of behavioral guidelines, medication treatment plans, and positive behavior support strategies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical records and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and treatment effectiveness, adapting strategies as necessary.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate access to resources and ensure continuity of care.

• ID client needs and establish strong relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our programs and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage actively in professional development, attending conferences and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

• Promote and embody the values and mission of Summit Counseling Center in all aspects of practice, reflecting our dedication to fostering recovery and community engagement.

• Complete other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall operational effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance abuse issues, and developmental disabilities. The counselor will tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering resilience and self-efficacy while guiding them through their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, along with an independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience.
