Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for patients, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and clinical risk assessments to determine treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, cultural needs, and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless continuity of care for clients experiencing urgent challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to clinic policies and industry regulations to support patient progress tracking.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and skills necessary to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.

Qualifications\n
