Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing positive and professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular therapeutic sessions, including individual therapy, and provide continuous evaluation of clients’ mental health status and progress.

• Formulate, implement, and oversee tailored treatment plans that prioritize clients’ unique needs and circumstances.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines and maintaining timely progress notes.

• Perform initial intake assessments, gathering comprehensive information to inform treatment strategies.

• Facilitate follow-up appointments to discuss client progress, potential adjustments to their treatment plans, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and enhance professional skills.

• Engage collaboratively with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to promote integrated care for clients.

• Keep abreast of new therapeutic techniques and approaches in order to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
