Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries to maintain client records.

• Facilitate intake assessments to evaluate new clients and guide them toward appropriate services.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions and participate actively in clinical supervision for professional feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals within the organization to provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include clients dealing with substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and significant life transitions. Our clinic is committed to serving a diverse clientele, enabling you to utilize your skills and adapt interventions to meet various cultural and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials issued by the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following your graduate program.

• Exceptional critical thinking, active listening, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you will be compensated ahead of collections, reducing financial wait times. Additional benefits include:
