Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of strong rapport and professional boundaries to promote successful therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, review treatment plans, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharges as deemed appropriate.

• Develop and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, using our contemporary digital systems.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide integrated support and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the contribution of our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model.
