This position is fully remote, allowing you flexibility while working with clients in a detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

Your main duties will encompass a range of essential responsibilities, directly impacting client recovery and well-being:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological states and needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and challenges.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions focused on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral change.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive prompt support.
\n
• Collaborate with other professionals to create a comprehensive approach to mental health care, sharing insights on client progress and adapting treatment as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation according to state regulations and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss strategies and treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults in a detoxification setting, many of whom are experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders alongside substance use challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in helping these individuals confront and manage their mental health symptoms while navigating the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar credentials.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and trauma-informed care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Proficiency in managing electronic health record (EHR) systems and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
