Work Environment\n

This remote position enables you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging intimately with clients via our telehealth platform. You will operate during standard business hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a healthy work-life balance that supports both your professional responsibilities and personal time. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, meticulously analyzing data to inform treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring an inclusive process that empowers their journey.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders, guiding clients through actionable strategies for improvement.

• Educate clients and their family members about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and self-care techniques to foster understanding, resilience, and effective coping mechanisms.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs and facilitate goal attainment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to support a diverse clientele with unique backgrounds and experiences, tailoring your therapeutic techniques to resonate with each individual's journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly expertise in CBT and DBT.

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A proven history of successfully treating clients with mood disorders, demonstrating a track record of positive therapeutic outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
