Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to assess clients' mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and therapeutic pathways.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapeutic techniques unique to each client’s situation.

• Utilize teletherapy technologies to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring privacy and security for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services as required, skillfully navigating high-pressure scenarios while ensuring client safety.

• Engage in ongoing professional development via workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities to stay informed on the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, presenting various mental health challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. You will work primarily with adult clients who may be facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. By strategically implementing personalized treatment methods, you will play a critical role in facilitating client healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with experience in telehealth environments and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
