Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health status and unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists primarily serve adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually reflects both your clinical experience and caseload.
