- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account each individual’s unique mental and physical health profiles. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in Washington State. \n
- Proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions. \n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and patient engagement. \n
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards, including ensuring patient confidentiality. \n
- Familiarity with EHR systems and other computer applications relevant to therapeutic practice. \n

Experience working in a psychiatric outpatient setting or community health clinic is highly desirable, particularly for those engaged with patients who have complex medical and psychological profiles.
