Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population at Richetec includes individuals dealing with complex mental health challenges alongside co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will focus on providing compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each individual, fostering resilience and hope in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of the relationship between psychological states and physical health conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
