Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and identify effective treatment pathways.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient while focusing on trauma recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each client’s experience.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at aiding clients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and promoting holistic healing.

• Coordinate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the complex needs of each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, effectively managing high-pressure situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping techniques, and support resources available in their recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele affected by trauma in various forms, ranging from childhood abuse to recent traumatic events. We are particularly focused on helping individuals suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Capability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience.
