Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, empathetic assessments of clients’ mental health concerns to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety and stabilization during challenging moments.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to stringent ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and addressing their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with a minimum of two years of related experience in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
