Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations through telehealth platforms to determine clients' needs, challenges, and goals.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions via video conferencing, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, setting actionable and measurable goals to track progress.

• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, responding promptly to clients facing acute mental health crises to ensure their safety and emotional well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, coping strategies, and available community resources for holistic support.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and state laws, ensuring informed consent and client confidentiality in every interaction.

• Cultivate cultural competence by understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of our clients and adapting counseling practices accordingly.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent.

• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience with a strong emphasis on outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
