Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, addressing their specific mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools as indicated by our clinical team to inform treatment approaches.

• Provide consultation on crisis plans, medication treatment plans, and behavioral guidelines to enhance the overall quality of care.

• Ensure timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to all regulatory standards.
\n
• Actively participate in our agency's licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and uphold our commitment to excellence.

• Serve as a liaison to local service systems and state agencies, facilitating effective communication to enhance client support.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client well-being.

• Engage in networking with local and state organizations to identify opportunities for partnership and funding that enhance our programs.

• Dedicate time to your professional development, attending conferences and participating in relevant meetings to stay updated in your field.

• Embark on other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overarching goals of Brightside Health Center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking recovery from substance use, those facing developmental challenges, and clients with acquired brain injuries. Your work will directly contribute to their healing journeys by providing tailored support that aligns with their personal goals for emotional and mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• An Independent LMHC License is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
