Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions—individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing evidence-based modalities to guide clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental challenges.

• Administer comprehensive diagnostic assessments, develop actionable treatment plans based on client needs, and set achievable therapeutic goals in alignment with clients’ aspirations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to ensure holistic treatment approaches, thereby improving client outcomes.

• Document client progress and maintain precise electronic health records, adhering to confidentiality regulations and best practices.

• Engage in clinical supervision and professional development sessions to stay current with industry standards and maintain licensure.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
