Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs, employing evidence-based strategies and therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans tailored to individual client scenarios.

• Complete and maintain documentation that meets all applicable regulatory standards in a timely manner.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based screening tools to evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans for clients exhibiting challenging behaviors.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
\n
• Promote strong communication pathways between clients, their families, and service providers to drive successful outcomes.
\n
• Build and maintain partnerships with community resources, funding sources, and other mental health organizations to better serve the population.

• Pursue continuous personal and professional development through workshops, conferences, and participation in relevant committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
