Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring that they receive appropriate care and support.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, as well as behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans, to support client safety and well-being.
\n
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner while adhering to state and federal regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality of care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools under the guidance of the clinical team to ensure accurate assessment and treatment.
\n
• Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.
\n
• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to foster collaboration and enhance client services.
\n
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the organization and with external providers to uphold Mindful Empowerment’s mission throughout the community.
\n
• Proactively pursue professional development opportunities, such as attending conferences and participating in task forces, to continually enhance your expertise.

• Adopt and promote the agency's core mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success and integrity of our counseling services.
