Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through their therapeutic process.

• Continuously monitor and assess client progress throughout the treatment plan to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to develop and refine intervention plans.

• Conduct follow-ups with psychiatrists and attending physicians to ensure clients transitioning from hospital settings receive seamless mental health support.

• Proactively identify and mitigate behaviors that may hinder recovery, providing personalized strategies for clients.

• Support family members and primary caregivers in managing the mental and behavioral challenges faced by their loved ones, fostering a healthy support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and adjustment disorders. As an LMHC, you will need to demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n
