Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate mental health and substance use disorders, leveraging diagnostic tools and methodologies to inform treatment.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities.

• Providing ongoing therapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—to address the diverse needs of clients and promote emotional resilience.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, offering insights and feedback to improve client care and team dynamics.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, assessing urgent psychological situations and determining appropriate interventions.

• Stay updated with current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment, contributing to professional development and enhancing client services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
