Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to client needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Deliver focused group sessions, family therapy, and one-on-one counseling, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
