Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing immediate support and care.

• Work collaboratively with law enforcement and emergency responders to ensure client safety during critical situations.

• Employ crisis intervention strategies and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations effectively.

• Participate in regular training sessions to continually enhance crisis counseling skills and stay updated on best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications\n
