Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Counseling: Provide high-quality mental health counseling to clients through video consultations and online sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Flexible Scheduling: You will have the autonomy to create your schedule, allowing for a work-life balance that suits you. Work as little as 5 hours a week or build a full caseload up to 40+ hours weekly.

• Minimal Paperwork: Your focus will remain on your clients; hence, the platform manages most administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on providing therapeutic support with only minimal documentation required.

• Referrals and Client Management: Utilize a streamlined referral system by defining your preferred demographics. Within your first month, you can establish a clinical caseload by working with pre-screened, stable clients.

• Marketing Support: Benefit from personalized marketing tools to establish your professional online presence including an optimized website that showcases your credentials and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on working with individuals seeking mental health support in a low-acuity setting. All clients are pre-screened, ensuring that you work within your expertise and comfort level. This role is crucial in providing timely and effective therapeutic interventions that promote emotional wellness, community involvement, and overall stability.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must hold a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, their families, and administrative staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus upon seeing your first client within two weeks of starting. Benefits also include:
