Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual objectives of clients.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling services, utilizing effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients, sharing insights and strategies for best practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experience a wide range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping them cope with emotional difficulties and navigate their recovery journeys. You will work closely with individuals, groups, and families, offering support and guidance tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
