Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and collaborate on developing behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and progress as determined by the clinical team.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to implement positive behavior support plans that maximize client outcomes.

• Ensure all documentation is completed promptly, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Actively participate in agency licensing and accreditation processes, consistently promoting compliance and quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison to community organizations, state agencies, and other service systems to enhance client support.

• Foster effective communication across all stakeholders to drive the mission of Pro Light Life Counseling Services.

• Build partnerships with various agencies to secure potential collaborations and funding opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
