Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address acute and chronic mental health issues, integrating evidence-based screening tools as needed.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with the clinical team to draft and implement comprehensive crisis plans, risk assessments, and positive behavior support measures.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation that complies with regulatory standards, fostering clear communication within the care team.

• Actively participate in quality assurance measures including licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continued excellence of our services.

• Function as a liaison to local and state agencies, community partners, and other service systems to facilitate comprehensive care pathways for clients.

• Establish effective communication channels aimed at promoting the agency's mission within the community and maintaining adherence to contract standards.

• Develop and nurture relationships with various organizations to discover new partnerships, funding opportunities, and resources for client support.

• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, and those requiring support for developmental and acquired brain injuries. Your ability to build rapport and employ compassionate care strategies will be vital in helping clients navigate their recovery journey and achieve personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory to practice in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
