Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Complete documentation and progress notes in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, collaborating with the clinical team to implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Participate in designing and executing positive behavior support plans while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold our organization’s standards and reputation.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant state agencies, service systems, and community partners, fostering productive collaboration.

• Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to meet contract standards and promote our mission within the community.
