Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s commitment to excellence.

• Act as a liaison to local and state agencies, as well as community partners, ensuring seamless service coordination for clients.

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with various agencies to promote our programs and secure new funding sources.

• Invest in personal and professional growth by attending relevant conferences, participating in task forces, and representing Pavilion Counseling Services within community initiatives.

• Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles throughout all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform other related tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disabilities. Our clients range from youth to adults, and your interventions will focus on helping them achieve recovery, wellness, and community integration. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in the state of Massachusetts is essential for this position.

• Flexibility regarding licensure – if you are currently licensed in another state, we will cover your relocation fees to acquire licensure in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, our benefits package features:
