Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and create pre-crisis and crisis plans, integrating risk assessments and medication treatment strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support initiatives that promote client success.
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation processes.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to navigate resources effectively.

• Establish communication pathways with local, state, and federal agencies to foster partnerships that align with our mission of enhancing individual wellness.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences and participating in task forces, to enhance your expertise and represent the agency.

• Promote the mission, values, and principles of Prime Health Counseling within the community, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Prime Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse population consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in providing support to clients from different backgrounds while fostering a culturally competent and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• An independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is mandatory.
