Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), your role will include, but will not be limited to, the following key responsibilities:

• Engage in timely documentation processes that adhere to regulatory standards, ensuring accurate recording of patient information, treatment progress, and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as guided by our clinical team to evaluate client needs effectively.

• Collaborate with various programs and team members to implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the overall quality of care.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure our services remain at the highest standards of quality.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering vital relationships that enhance client access to resources.

• Establish and maintain open communication channels with agency stakeholders, which is critical for meeting contract standards and promoting our mission in the community.

• Identify and engage with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs and secure potential partnerships and funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and community meetings to improve your expertise and contribute to the agency.

• Embody and promote the values, philosophy, and principles of Radiant Family Relations Counseling in all interactions.

• Complete any other duties assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall organizational mission.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a closely related field.

• A valid and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
