This position is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth from your chosen location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and families, to inform tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Complete initial comprehensive assessments, triaging care based on presenting needs and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment plans.

• Document treatment progress and participate in clinical discussions during patient rounds to align on comprehensive care strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among other modalities, to guide clients through personalized treatment plans.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing ongoing support and case management to facilitate optimal healing outcomes.

• Maintain ethical standards and timely completion of documentation, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Actively collaborate with community resources and external health professionals to enhance care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will be responsible for providing compassionate care tailored to each client's unique experiences, thereby playing a vital role in their mental health journey. Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW issued by the State of Massachusetts.
