Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings for new clients to evaluate their mental health status, making informed recommendations for treatment.

• Create and review comprehensive individualized treatment plans tailored to client-specific challenges, focusing on achievable goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) appropriate for your client's needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated approach to client care, working to coordinate services that encompass both mental and physical health.

• Provide educational resources and actively involve clients' families in the therapeutic process, enhancing support systems and fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with health regulations and ethical practices while engaging in regular audits of your own documentation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse client populations that include children, adolescents, adults, and families coping with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. You will facilitate a safe space for clients from all walks of life, working diligently to create culturally sensitive recovery plans that resonate with their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated specialized training or a proven track record in mental health counseling, with specialized skills tailored to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment, fostering effective therapeutic outcomes.

• The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
