Key Responsibilities\n

As a member of the Beacon of Hope team, you will be working with a varied patient population that includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and personality disorders. This role requires cultural sensitivity and the ability to address a range of issues faced by clients at different life stages, making your empathetic and individualized approach critical to their recovery process.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling, along with an independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the state. This role also entails making informed clinical evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning, reinforcing the need for strong analytical skills.
