Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough bio-psycho-social assessments for new clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Assist clients in enhancing decision-making skills, particularly concerning in-home behavioral challenges, to promote more effective family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in adherence to organizational and legal standards.

• Actively participate in monthly team meetings and uphold consistent communication through required weekly reporting.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or a related field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
