Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist primarily of stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. Each client undergoes a pre-screening process to ensure they are matched to therapies that best suit their needs. You will not be tasked with severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on cultivating meaningful therapeutic relationships and achieving positive outcomes for your clients. Additionally, we will match you with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a productive therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of an active, independent license to practice (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
