Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to evaluate their mental health status and establish therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual client goals and conditions.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide support and therapeutic tools necessary for clients to navigate their challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

This role will primarily focus on adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Additionally, newly hired therapists will be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1000. Our benefits package includes:
