Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing a range of outpatient services designed to meet the needs of our patients. As part of our team, you will enjoy the ability to craft a personalized schedule, allowing for up to 40 hours or more of client engagement per week. We invest in our therapists by offering in-house credentialing and handling all aspects of insurance participation and scheduling, empowering you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Perform initial assessments that include gathering pertinent information from patients and families and triaging care based on urgency and clinical necessity.

• Engage in effective communication with your peers regarding assessments, treatment interventions, and participating in interdisciplinary care discussions through documentation and collaborative meetings like patient rounds.

• Demonstrate the clinical knowledge and skills necessary to cater to the diverse needs of our patients, considering their physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety requirements.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management that entails collaboration with hospital and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

• Complete timely and ethical documentation of all clinical interactions as prescribed by departmental standards.
\n
• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide patients and families in achieving their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
