Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments considering relevant medical histories and current conditions that impact mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.
\n
• Proven experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building and trust with clients.

• The ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
