Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a consistent caseload of clients, developing welcoming and trust-building relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client needs and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Hold regular sessions with clients, monitoring their progress, discussing upcoming appointments, and evaluating discharge needs when appropriate.

• Create and implement person-centered treatment plans, regularly updating them based on client feedback and observed progress.

• Document all client interactions accurately, ensuring up-to-date progress notes are maintained for each individual.

• Participate in ongoing supervision meetings to enhance personal and professional development, while also contributing your knowledge to team discussions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client, which can include individual and group therapy sessions.

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
