Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a comprehensive array of outpatient mental health services tailored to individual patient needs, helping clients navigate their recovery paths.

• Conduct initial intake assessments, facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, and monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review service plans to ensure they align with clients' evolving needs and treatment goals.

• Conduct mental health assessments, offer counseling, provide referrals, and deliver intervention services as necessary to enhance patient care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions and service provision, complying with Federal, State, and organizational standards.

• Prepare and submit detailed reports when required for legal or community agency purposes, ensuring our clients' cases are accurately represented.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and attending physicians during cases involving hospital admissions to ensure a seamless transition of care for clients.

• Actively collaborate with external psychiatric care providers and community assistance programs to schedule treatment sessions for clients, advocating for their mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a practitioner through the state’s clinical therapy board that reflects your qualifications as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
