Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients, developing trusting relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and coordinate upcoming appointments.

• Craft, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving client goals and improving mental health stability.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring that progress notes reflect each client's journey.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to aid client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harford Therapeutic & Anxiety Services, you will work closely with a diverse clientele exhibiting a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and substance use issues. Our client-centered approach emphasizes the importance of understanding each participant’s unique situation in order to provide empathetic and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• Current LMHC licensure in New York State.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
