Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss future appointments, and appropriately plan for discharge when necessary.

• Design, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans, ensuring that services align with clients’ evolving needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and accurate progress notes and documentation for all client interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Perform intake assessments to gain an understanding of new clients’ mental health needs, crafting initial treatment recommendations.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions to provide mental health support tailored to each client's specific circumstances.

• Attend individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practice and receive feedback aimed at enhancing therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
