Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harford Therapeutic & Anxiety Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a manageable caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to monitor client progress and stability, discussing upcoming appointments, and planning for discharge when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and refining personalized treatment plans that cater to the individual needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes for each client in compliance with organizational standards.

• Administering comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs and risks of new clients.

• Facilitating weekly individual therapy sessions and participating in regular individual supervision meetings to enhance professional development.
