Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, positive behavior plans, and risk assessments.

• Ensure timely documentation that meets all regulatory and organizational standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as part of your daily workflow.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the maintenance of high-quality service delivery.

• Serve as a key liaison with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, building relationships that enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is a requirement for this position.
