Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the diverse backgrounds and situations of your clients.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, offering participants a platform to share experiences and gain insight into managing their mental health.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic care for all patients, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

• Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support in mental health emergencies, playing a vital role in safeguarding the wellness of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. The client demographic is diverse, offering an enriching experience where you can apply a range of therapeutic techniques to meet differing needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and create effective treatment strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills that facilitate building rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
