Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide consultation for pre-crisis and crisis management, including the development of behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation consistent with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies as indicated by clinical team requirements.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to establish and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including participation in statewide meetings and representation of the agency in various task forces.

• Establish and nurture relationships with community partners, state agencies, and relevant service systems to promote our mission and secure resources for the organization.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with health care regulations.

• Promote agency values and principles throughout your counseling practice and in community interactions.

• Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.
