Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic relationships to maintain professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, evaluate stability, and plan for future appointments or discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date progress notes in compliance with clinic standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate treatment strategies.

• Hold individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance your clinical skills and receive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Ability to meet and maintain internal credentialing requirements within our clinic.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or those dealing with substance abuse issues.

• Experience with both assessment and diagnosis, as well as conducting individual and group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
