Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, developing rapport and instilling trust while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address challenges, and schedule future appointments, including transitions to discharge as appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gain a clear understanding of client needs upon their entry into services.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
