Blissful Balance Therapeutic Services is seeking committed and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through structured interviews and standardized tools to accurately identify patient needs and concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to address prevalent mental health issues, enhancing community support for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, well-coordinated patient care.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain detailed, confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to stay updated with advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges in an outpatient setting. Your expertise will be crucial in effectively connecting with diverse populations, understanding their unique experiences, and guiding them toward healing and recovery. Your role also emphasizes creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages open dialogue and facilitates meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• A strong understanding of mental health diagnosis, treatment strategies, and evidence-based modalities.

• Experience conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans based on individual needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, we highly value applicants with a depth of experience in community mental health settings, dual diagnosis treatments, and crisis intervention. Additional certifications in specialized therapy techniques will provide an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
