Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

• Complete thorough assessment and intake processes to identify patient needs and tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Document patient progress and treatment results in compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Participate in weekly supervision meetings with a clinical director or lead therapist to discuss cases and further enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
